Drawing from diverse therapeutic modalities over several years, some modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), DBT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Spiritual-Based Counselling; however, I tailor my approach and interventions to meet your unique needs.
